Will I have a dedicated accountant?

Yes! We will assign one of our dedicated daycare accountants to your business. The package you choose will determine how much you interface with this person.

How often are my bills paid?

If you choose a package in which we help pay your bills, we will do so up to twice a month. Bills are aggregated in our bill.com platform, and then once approved by you, are paid as requested.

What support do you provide in Brightwheel?

Your accountant has worked with Brightweel and is knowledgeable about the platform. He or she will manage the sync between your account and the QuickBooks or Xero accounting software.

Do I have to use specific software?

In order to keep our fees as affordable as possible, we do ask that you use the following software platforms:

QuickBooks or Xero for accounting
Brightwheel for child care management
Bill.com for bill pay
Rippling, Gusto, Paychex, or ADP for payroll
