With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Chizoba has developed a reputation as a skilled professional with a keen eye for detail. Her expertise in financial analysis and reporting has helped her clients make informed decisions that have led to increased success. Chizoba holds both a BS degree in Accounting and an MBA, making her a valuable asset to any team.

With over 12 years of experience in the accounting field, Dan has been instrumental in keeping Accounting for Daycares at the forefront of technology and business processes. He has a true passion for helping daycare owners stay streamlined and organized with the best platforms and processes in the industry. Dan is a member of several councils in the accounting industry including widely used platforms such as Gusto Partner Advisory Council, Intuit Accountant Council, and BILL Accountant Advisory Council. These seats allow him the opportunity to help shape the very products our clients utilize. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Utah and a Master's Degree in Accounting from Southern Utah University.

Ryan holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Utah State University and has over 20 years of experience. His expertise includes private-equity transactions, implementing accounting and organizational processes, large value acquisitions, leadership, management, project development, and communications. Specializing in growth and budgeting plans for companies, Ryan has been responsible for the oversight and creation of Financial Statement packages related to company acquisitions and sales and has assisted many organizations to negotiate large-scale investments and acquisitions. He excels in the building of finance functionality, implementing formal budgeting, forecasting, and managing reporting systems and performance results for all industries.

My journey began at The University of Utah, where I earned a bachelor's degree in accounting. I then pursued further education, completing an MBA at Weber State University. Currently, I lead the sales and marketing efforts at Accounting for Daycares. When I'm not fixing our website or creating ads, I’m at home in Utah with my amazing wife and four incredible kids.

In short, I am passionate about entrepreneurship and believe that every business has the potential to succeed with the right tools and guidance. That’s why I founded Accounting for Daycares – to help childcare providers focus on the kids without worrying about the bills and costs of doing business.
